To be a high-level wrestler, the mental toughness is the
most important aspect of it.

I can teach anybody how to wrestle. But, if I can teach
you how to think correctly, the wrestling aspect gets
way easier.

• If you’re in the Myrtle Beach or Conway, SC area, you can
  purchase a single session to train at our academy

• Monthly membership for serious high school wrestlers. Join us
  to constantly drill, learn the mental skills, perfect your technique,
  and train with the most intense competition in the area.

• Monthly membership for youth wrestlers under the age of 15.
  You will learn technique, stamina, and mental skills to grow in
  the sport of wrestling.
